DESCRIPTION: A dynamic, reflective and active workshop for Senior Adults 50 and older, focusing on personal growth and vitality at this stage of their life. Opportunity for personal reflection (building personal wisdom), group sharing in small groups (building communal wisdom), and input from presenters based upon current research and study regarding elders in today’s world..
